Syed Tarique Alam brings over 18 years of experience in banking, rural finance, and MSME lending, with a deep commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. He began his career at ICICI Bank, where he played a key role in agricultural lending, commodity finance, and MSME financing within the Rural and Inclusive Banking Group. Earlier, he led the digitisation of land records at Ranchi Municipal Corporation, showcasing his early focus on digital transformation.

As Co-founder and CEO of Dvara E-Registry, Syed leads the company’s mission to deliver data-driven, tech-enabled financial solutions tailored for smallholder farmers and rural enterprises. Under his leadership, Dvara E-Registry has built strong partnerships with banks, NBFCs, insurance providers, and government institutions to expand access to responsible finance in underserved regions.

With academic grounding in Corporate Environmental Responsibility, Green Marketing, and Microfinance, Syed integrates sustainability and innovation into every facet of his work. He continues to drive impact at the intersection of finance, technology, and rural livelihoods.
