Syed’s journey began at ICICI Bank, where he excelled in agricultural lending, commodity finance, and MSME lending, playing a pivotal role in the Rural and Inclusive Banking group. Before entering the banking industry, he showcased his technical acumen as a Programmer at the Ranchi Municipal Corporation, where he led the digitisation of land records.
Syed brings a comprehensive understanding of banking, rural finance, and MSME lending, coupled with a proven track record in guiding organisational growth and fostering innovation.
