Laishram is the Business Development Associate from Manipur who works towards managing DER’s activities in the state and acting as a bridge between the head office and Manipur staff. His responsibilities include monitoring daily operation, coordination with field team for collection, sales & business development, New FPOs Onboarding etc. among others. He has a Masters Degree in Mathematics and has worked as 4 Years working experience as supervisor and 2 Years working experience as an accountant in NGO under Projects implemented by NACO. He enjoys cooking, gardening, listening to music, travelling and playing Football.
