Dipak has over 10 years experience in the Non Profit and Government Sector where he worked on issues related to Health, Education, SHGs, FPOs, Rural Development, and Micro Finance. He has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work and an M.Phil in Rural Development. Dipak takes care of the operations in Maharashtra State including monitoring daily operation, coordination with field team for collection, sales & business development, New FPOs Onboarding etc. among others.
