P.S. Jayakumar is a seasoned leader in banking and financial services with over three decades of experience. He spent 23 years at Citibank across India and Singapore, culminating as Country Head for the Consumer Banking Group. After Citibank, he co-founded Value Budget Housing and Home First Finance, both pioneers in affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households.
In 2015, he was appointed by the Government of India as MD & CEO of Bank of Baroda, where he led a major transformation. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
