With over 24 years of experience in the BFSI sector, Pratibha has built and scaled organisations across their full lifecycle—from startup to maturity. She is currently the Co-Founder and Director at ProGrow and consults at VBHC Group for Strategy, Sales & Marketing. Previously, she served as Director of Client Experience at Citigroup India and was part of the founding team at CitiFinancial Startup. She holds an MBA from SCMHRD, Pune, and has completed a programme in Transformational Leadership from IIM Ahmedabad.
