Our Team

Shashank brings with him a diversified experience of more than 15 years in the areas of financial inclusion and livelihood promotion. He is responsible for Dvara E-Registry’s operations in Odisha in the capacity of Project Manager since August 2019. He supervises the field team to ensure timely implementation of different projects, manages partnerships with the Government of Odisha and explores new business prospects.

Prior to Dvara E-Registry, Shashank worked in north eastern India with CML (Tata Trusts), as Area Manager (Livelihood) and led the implementation of various livelihood projects in the state of Tripura. Shashank started his career at BASIX and subsequently became associated with eminent organisations like Birla Sunlife Insurance Company, HDFC bank and national NGOs like Udyogini.

Apart from livelihood promotion and financial inclusion, his experience of working closely with Government, has exposed him to a new way of building partnerships, and leveraging funds.

Shashank holds a MBA in Rural Management from XIDAS, Jabalpur and has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. His interest includes singing and mimicry. He has a traveller’s heart and in pursuit of it he has travelled to almost 23 states.
