Shoaib is a Manager with the Monitoring and Evaluation team at Dvara E-Registry. He is a monitoring, evaluation, and research specialist with fifteen years of experience working with international development consultancies, faith-based organisations and research institutions for developing projects/programmes across different sectors and varied thematic areas. He has effectively led Monitoring and Evaluation portfolio for various national and international organisations and has handled various studies related to sectors of Health, Rural development, Education and CSR. He has knowledge of statistical concepts required for extensive analysis.

Shoaib holds a post graduate degree in Social Work with Specialization in Social Welfare. His major skill sets are in quantitative research. In the field of Human Capacity Development, Shoaib is a trained professional on the project management concepts such as: Result Based Management (RBM), Results Model, Management of Development Results (MfDR) and Aid Effectiveness Principles. He has facilitated over 20 Institution Development processes and over 100 learning solutions across industry (civil society, private sector, bi/multi-lateral organisations).

He has served for government and corporate clients and has worked closely with various international NGOs.

Shoaib is an avid trekker and has keen interest in Urdu poetry and historical World architecture
